I created a fabulous chicken kabob dish to be paired with my Concannon Vineyards wine!
This dish included fresh veggies such as red peppers, green peppers, and purple onions! What a beautiful array of colors in this dish!
This was super easy to make...set broil to high or low depending on how hot your oven gets and broil for 6-10 minutes on each side!
