Chicken and Wine

I received this product at a discount from Bzzagent!  

I created a fabulous chicken kabob dish to be paired with my Concannon Vineyards wine!  

This dish included fresh veggies such as red peppers, green peppers, and purple onions!  What a beautiful array of colors in this dish!  

This was super easy to make...set broil to high or low depending on how hot your oven gets and broil for 6-10 minutes on each side!

Crispy crunch awareness

These hummus crisps are delightful! I was skeptical since it was plain sea salt and olive oil but boy was I wrong! They are packed with flavor and protein and a servings size consists of 27 crisps for only 120 calories! That's HUGE! There are SEVEN, yes 7, WHOLE grains! Where else can you find that in this anytime snack?! I love munching on them before or after my lunch at work and even when I get home and am feeling a bit snacky! And yes I do share! Thanks to bzzagent for allowing me to try these crisps free!

Who says beef doesn't go with white wine?  Chardonnay from Concannon vineyards and 2 big juicy steaks!
We had 2 porterhouse steaks along with corn on the cob and mushrooms and salad for dinner.  It was PERFECTO!

What I like to bring to the pool with me!  Towel, oil, DASANI flavor drops, and my gallon of water~  My favorite thing about my flavor enhancing drops, you might ask?????  HOW ELSE could I finish an ENTIRE GALLON OF WATER each and every day (will power of course is also my secret ingredient next to....)?!  Not without my DASANI DROPS!!

skinnygirl summer

So I have decided to go ahead and try the real house wife, bethany's, skinny girl products!  I was invited to a bzz campaign for the brand and received some rebates for this product... buy 2 get $7.00 back....the products were on sale at Kroger's for $11.99 per bottle.  Anyways, the products were tasty...tasted like my normal wine that I drink...I bought the moscato, the california white, and the california red...all were tasty and great options for winos out there!  However, I'm not sure they contain less sugar or even less calories than regular wine...I tried to compare with a different bottle I had and those ingredients were not listed?  I thought that stuff needed to be on the labels of products...maybe this was an exception because they are alcohol..I'm not sure...regardless, I enjoyed skinnygirl even if it didn't make me skinny or save me in calories and sugar!  Maybe one day I will find out...I will continue my research!
